Landmark XV-D Instantiating the Frozen Joint Graph: Source Recovery, the Null Defect of Extension Lifts, and the Boundary of the First Full Calculation

Export XV-D.tex

Audits twenty source items and finds the graph package incomplete, so no preliminary lift is defined. The graph stays unresolved at D0. For the punctured jet module the null defect is computed exactly and is not transferred to the graph. No quantum coefficient is admitted. No compilation is asserted.

    XV-D continues the supplied XV-C manuscript at its source-completeness stop. Its task is to recover the frozen data for the six-branch joint characteristic target, define the preliminary full lift, compute its reconstruction-null defect, and test the inherited correction and analytic requirements; or, if the data cannot be recovered, to report precisely why the graph-level calculation cannot yet be performed.

    The second alternative applies. A twenty-item provenance audit of the supplied record (the full XV-A, XV-B, and XV-C texts and the retrieved XIV-H, XIV-I, and XIV-J excerpts) shows that the presentation space, the full reconstruction map, the grouped cross-line operators, the canonical contraction, the frozen candidate and correction classes, the coefficient distributions and , and the output definitions , are named but not defined in that record. No preliminary lift for the actual graph is therefore definable, and no graph-specific null defect, obstruction, or estimate is asserted. The graph-level outcome is Unresolved at D0.

    The new mathematical content is the one null-defect calculation that the record does make source-complete. For the finite normal-jet module with reconstruction to a punctured base, we define the extension lifts associated with the distributional extensions of the punctured coefficient, compute their reconstruction-null defect exactly, prove that it is always supported on the puncture, that it depends on the extension, that it induces an injection of the quotient of the two reconstruction kernels, and that the inherited identity never contributes to it. An explicit nonzero defect is exhibited and cancelled by a change of extension. A conditional reduction of XV-C's coefficient estimates to extendability of the cross-line traces is proved under an explicit smoothness hypothesis on . None of these results is transferred to the inherited graph; they fix what must be computed once the missing definitions are supplied.

    XV-C XVC proves local reconstruction and extension tests and stops at the gate it calls C0: the data defining the full joint characteristic operation for the frozen six-branch graph are not in the supplied record. XV-D asks the question that XV-C left open:

    Given the exact frozen data for the six-branch graph, can one define its full characteristic operation, prove that it descends under reconstruction, and meet the inherited correction and analytic requirements?

    Three endings are permitted for the graph-level problem.

    1. Constructed: an admissible, presentation-independent full joint map with the required bounds.

    2. Obstructed in a specified exhaustive class: a graph-specific proof that no allowed map exists.

    3. Unresolved at a named gate: the exact missing definition, calculation, or estimate is identified.

    “Not constructed” is not “does not exist.” None of the three endings is assumed in advance.

    We use five descriptive gates for this manuscript.

    GateContent
    D0Source-complete data package: every operator, space, class, and bound needed to specify the full operation and its allowed corrections is defined in the record.
    D1Definition of a preliminary full lift with .
    D2Evaluation of the null defect and of its class relative to the inherited correction space.
    D3Coefficient estimates for the actual , , and the characteristic compositions of and both placements.
    D4Complete-graph microlocal and uniform estimates, output operations, and admission.

    D0 stop rule. If any definition needed to specify the full operation or its allowed corrections is unavailable, this is stated plainly; D1–D4 are then not entered for the actual graph, and no graph-specific construction, obstruction, or null-defect value is claimed. XV-D may then be a source audit together with any local calculation that is source-complete.

    The direct inputs are:

    1. the supplied full texts of XV-A XVA, XV-B XVB, and XV-C XVC;

    2. the retrieved XIV-H, XIV-I, and XIV-J excerpts Hkernel,Hverdict,Ipole,Iamplitude,Ijoint,Irelease, Jdescent,Jnull,Jreference,Jconditional,Jverdict,Jrelease,Jadmission;

    3. the retrieved XIV-G release statement, used only for its dimension bookkeeping Grelease;

    4. the proposed XV-D plan, used as a statement of objectives and acceptance criteria, not as a source of theorems.

    The coverage account record supplies documentary context only. A retrieved locator, a predecessor citation, or a sentence reporting that a predecessor proved something is not treated as the missing definition. Nothing from the relative classical branch (XIV-A, XIV-B) or the XIII-D/XIII-E routes is imported. Distributional arguments are local in Euclidean charts and extend componentwise to finite-dimensional residual fibers.

    The supplied record does not contain definitions for items D0.1, D0.2 (beyond two values), D0.4 (beyond one relation), D0.5–D0.12, D0.14–D0.18, and D0.20 of Definition def:package. In particular it does not define the domain, codomain, or value of a preliminary full lift , nor the correction space against which a null defect would be tested.

    Proof. Each row of the provenance table lists the literal content of the record for the item. For the items named, that content is a name, a locator, a defining relation in terms of a further undefined object ( via ), or a sentence reporting a predecessor statement. The full texts of XV-A, XV-B, and XV-C themselves record that the source definitions of the cross-line factors, the frozen map class, , and were not reproduced XVA,XVB,XVC; the present audit confirms that the retrieved excerpts do not add them.

    A preliminary lift needs a domain (, D0.1), a codomain (, , D0.5), and a defining operation on each presentation (the products of the internal kernels with and the vertex data, D0.10–D0.13). The correction class needs D0.16–D0.17. Each is in status R or U. This is a statement about the record, not about the existence of the definitions elsewhere.

    Proof. A linear map is specified by its domain, codomain, and value on each element of the domain. The domain is not defined (D0.1), so “for each element of the domain” has no content. The codomain is not defined (D0.5). Even granting a domain and codomain, the value on a presentation of any of the six entries must be the composed distribution of the entry with the cross-line operators and vertex data (D0.10–D0.13), none of which is defined. Writing a formula with the undefined symbols would be a plausible-looking operator, not a definition.

    In the jet module the null relations split into two kinds: universal relations, with all as smooth functions, which hold for every coefficient and never produce a defect; and annihilator relations, with some but , which are the only source of a nonzero defect (Proposition prop:example). The supplied identity (eq:inheritednull) is of the first kind in this module. 1. If every , , extends to a distribution , then every satisfies (eq:jetbound), the unrestricted supported realization of normal order at most three exists, and one realization is

    2. Order by order, (eq:jetbound) for involves only ; for only and ; for only with ; for all with .

    3. If for some and some compact the estimate (eq:jetbound) fails for , then has no extension to ; the failure sequence of XV-C for is then a failure witness for the trace itself.

    4. Changing the extensions by -supported distributions changes by , which is -supported. This family lies in XV-C's unrestricted supported ambiguity but is not asserted to exhaust it.

    Proof. (i) Multiplication of a distribution on by a smooth function and finite sums are defined and restrict compatibly to , so . Distributional continuity of on tests supported in gives (eq:jetbound); XV-C's supported realization theorem then gives existence, and its realization formula gives the display. (ii) is read off from (eq:collected), since forces . (iii) If extended, then would extend and (eq:jetbound) would hold by (i). (iv) Smooth multiples and finite sums of -supported distributions are -supported; XV-C's ambiguity theorem identifies the unrestricted ambiguity as all -supported coefficient changes, of which these are some.

    The converse of (i)—that extendability of all implies extendability of each —is not claimed. It would require rank conditions on the multipliers (for instance, invertibility of the triangular system (eq:collected) locally), which depend on the unsupplied formulas. Nor does (i) yield a realization in the frozen class: it is the unrestricted class, and compatibility with the frozen prescription, continuity on , and the microlocal requirements are separate obligations.

    No estimate (eq:jetbound) and no failure sequence is established for an actual coefficient, because no actual coefficient is defined. The characteristic compositions of and of both placements are not of supported normal-jet form in the record and are not addressed by Proposition prop:reduction. The inherited correction class is not defined (D0.16–D0.17). The following statements are therefore all that can be made.

    1. For the actual graph, neither nor the quotient is evaluable (Propositions prop:D0 and prop:nolift).

    2. For the jet module, the relative obstruction vanishes in the unrestricted puncture-supported class (Proposition prop:unrestricted), and cancellation within the narrower class of extension changes is equivalent to the existence of an extension with (Corollary cor:extension). Whether such an extension exists for a given is not decided in general here; it is decided affirmatively in Proposition prop:example.

    3. No separated witness exists in the jet module for any extension lift. This is a property of that module, not a statement that the actual graph lacks separated defects.

    4. A proposed cancellation for the actual graph must satisfy the support, normalization, tensor, continuity, and microlocal conditions of the frozen class, none of which is available to check.

    No obstruction is asserted. No cancellation is asserted for the actual graph.

    The complete-graph estimates require the ambient variables and the strata. The record supplies only bookkeeping: and Grelease; of codimension five, of codimension eight, and a relative codimension-three flag record. These are reported numbers. The defining equations of , , , the collision strata, and the observable diagonals are not in the record (D0.5–D0.9).

    Accordingly no statement is made about: a complete-graph wavefront bound across ; uniform transverse estimates for a joint section; compatibility on intersections of characteristic and collision strata; proper pushforward or restriction estimates; or the admission (eq:admission). The local distributional-order bound of XV-C for a supported normal-order-three realization is not a transverse estimate for the graph. Gate D4 is not entered.

    6. universal relations, including the jet analogue (eq:ajet) of the inherited identity (eq:inheritednull), carry no defect for any extension.

    In addition, under hypotheses (H1)–(H2), extendability of the cross-line traces implies XV-C's supported-sector estimates order by order (Proposition prop:reduction).

    1. Title. The suggested title announced “the First Full Calculation.” Since that calculation is blocked at D0, the title names its boundary instead; no result is announced that the text does not prove.

    2. Outcome selection. The unresolved alternative is taken at the gate named by the plan. No plausible-looking operator is written with undefined symbols.

    3. Provenance discipline. A sentence in a predecessor proof (“multiplication by adds no wavefront”) is recorded as a reading and converted into an explicit hypothesis (H1), not into a definition.

    4. Branch counting. Six operational entries; groups two originals; both placements belong to . The supported sector is not the full sum.

    5. Model versus instance. The jet module is explicitly an instance of XV-B's interface with and . It is not declared equal to ; no result of Section sec:nulljet is transferred to the graph.

    6. Two kernels. The null defect is defined relative to the punctured kernel , which is the reconstruction actually available on the canonical domain; the full kernel depends on the extension. Conflating them would make every defect vanish trivially.

    7. Tangential annihilators. The example uses versus ; coefficient equations remain equations in , as in XV-C.

    8. Algebraic corrections. The cancelling correction in Proposition prop:unrestricted is algebraic and unrestricted; it is not offered as a graph prescription. The narrower class of extension changes is analysed separately.

    9. Extendability versus admissibility. Proposition prop:reduction gives the unrestricted class only; membership in the frozen class is not inferred.

    10. Dimensions. The numbers 16, 8, and the codimensions 5, 8, 3 are reported bookkeeping and are not used in any proof.

    11. Prescription. Pole, propagators, carrier, normalization, and ambiguity class are unchanged. No regulator or finite part is introduced.

    12. Obstruction language. “No separated witness in the jet module” is a theorem about that module, not a statement that the graph has no separated defect.

    13. Compilation. All macros used are defined in the preamble; all || and || targets exist; tabularx column widths sum to less than ||; no non-ASCII characters occur in mathematics.
