The analytic Green package and its signs

These are the usual componentwise wave Green operators on Minkowski space. We retain them as an explicit analytic input rather than importing an unidentified manuscript propagator.

We use both causal signs:

The wave-shell construction below uses $E_{+}$. The conserved-current formula uses $E_{-}$. This prevents a hidden sign identification between two source conventions.
