Distributional dilation

The certificate is sufficient, not asserted to be necessary. It supplies one concrete route to a decision without assuming a power–logarithm expansion solely for convenience.

Its maps must be computed from the fixed package when an evaluated application is claimed. Formula (eq:maincoeff) is coefficient extraction from that computed germ; it is not itself a physical evaluation of the germ.
