Proposition: Corrections invisible on a detecting patch

If every permitted correction restricts to zero on an open patch containing a fixed detecting test, those corrections cannot remove that test's raw divergence.
Proof. Every such correction has zero pairing with that test at every scale. The original pairing is unchanged.
