The quantum discussion of the reference distinguishes Feynman distributions from internal spatial Green kernels and separates spatial-decay and Ward-identity requirements BFHPR (Section 5). Those are additional operations beyond the classical Hessian derived here.
No complete quantum coefficient is inferred from:
the existence of the classical Green integral;
a local Hadamard singularity statement without tail control;
the scaling degree of one kernel rather than its graph products;
a subtraction chosen because it cancels a scalar divergence;
a classical covariance identity without the quantum differential.
The stop is a statement about the incomplete construction in this manuscript. It is not a proof that suitable states, extensions, or quantum observables cannot exist.
