  1. The release title is an identification and renormalization audit, not a completed regulator-removal claim.

  2. The theory and background are explicit. They are not a flat declared model renamed cosmological.

  3. The original inflaton-slice rods are distinguished from the modified rods of the reference. Their quadratic observables need not agree.

  4. Cosmic-time normalization is fixed independently. The conformal-time comparison is performed explicitly at first order.

  5. The lapse uses the positive timelike-clock branch. The scalar gradient is not normalized with a Euclidean contraction.

  6. Metric, clock, and coordinate-map perturbations retain the same factorial convention.

  7. Vector and tensor metric components are not discarded. The second-order lapse is expressed in full tensor contractions.

  8. The spatial Green operator keeps its decaying boundary condition. It is not replaced by a compact retarded cone.

  9. Second-order spatial rods are constructed, but their absence from the quadratic lapse is proved rather than assumed.

  10. Classical covariance is proved with the asymptotic boundary condition and the stated gauge group.

  11. The Hessian and linear observable enter one coupled classical gauge identity. The quadratic coefficient is not asserted to be separately invariant under a linearized transformation.

  12. A complete classical kernel bridge is not a quantum contraction or a renormalized graph.

  13. Equal-time singularities at separated spatial points are retained in the instantaneous wavefront audit.

  14. The scaling degree of a single spatial Green kernel is not assigned to a product of quantum distributions.

  15. Compact external smearing is not confused with compact functional support.

  16. Internal diagonal counterterms are transported before final support restrictions are inferred.

  17. The counterterm-image example proves a support mechanism, not physical admissibility of its coefficient.

  18. Ultraviolet and spatial cutoffs are independent. Fixed-radius convergence does not prove their joint limit.

  19. A quantum covariance, state, and gauge-fixed operator are not supplied by names or by a classical background.

  20. One free pair contraction is an -count. It is not a complete interacting-loop inventory.

  21. No complete singular subtraction, integrable quantum remainder, or anomaly calculation is hidden in a conditional decision theorem.

  22. No absence of a construction is promoted to a universal nonexistence theorem.
