Remark: The precise unpassed collapse gate
A separate late-time limit with a proved remainder · lines 1298–1311
Theorem thm:peeling assumes the peeling estimates and the affine regularity statement. It does not derive them from a stellar collapse metric. It also controls compact time tests, whereas a strictly positive-frequency packet generally has noncompact time support. Passing from (eq:smearederror) to a collapse packet number limit requires additional tail estimates and a controlled identification of the propagated observable.
Likewise, a generic statement that a bulk state is Hadamard does not, without a characteristic restriction theorem, supply (eq:affineremainder). These are genuine hypotheses, not consequences of terminology.
