Equation (eq:detailedbalance) is the two-point KMS detailed-balance relation for the horizon current in Killing time. The full state includes a second incoming channel in its vacuum, and the greybody-weighted outgoing state is not generally a KMS state at the same temperature. We therefore do not transfer horizon KMS thermality to every detector or every exterior observable.
