Statistical and reconstruction certificates
C2: information-sensitive finite-register measurements › Statistical and reconstruction certificates · lines 1982–1996
This schedule is usable only when the apparatus can meet its systematic-error allowance. The dimension and number of settings increase with the cutoffs. A fixed error floor is not removed by increasing the number of trials.
Figure fig:ledger is the order in which errors are composed. The ideal baseline tail is applied only after the apparatus has been compared with the ideal memory input. Adding two one-packet histogram errors is not this ledger. Trials reduce the statistical term only; they do not remove a fixed systematic floor.
