A different tail for coherent comparisons

The exact probability error (eq:jointtail) concerns destructive number records. It is not the coherent state certificate (eq:coherenttail).

Figure fig:tails separates the two cutoff errors. The destructive distance is exactly the outside probability. The coherent comparison pays an additional square-root term because the inside and outside amplitudes need not occupy orthogonal record labels.
