Why classical records cannot replace the coherent output

The measure-and-prepare characterization is standard EntanglementBreaking; the qubit obstruction has been proved here. It applies when all continuing quantum influence is replaced by classical records. It does not prohibit discarding independent key and count metadata after coherent logical correction.
