Access and time ordering

At the first emission the observer receives $r_1$; at the second emission the observer receives $r_1{r}_2$. Emitted cells do not interact again with the source.

The receiver never receives $B,C_a,C_b,Z_{\mathrm{e}}$. Unused cells and all source registers belong to the complementary output at the relevant prefix.

The finite energy spacings are model parameters. A positive-frequency wavepacket is not assumed to have the exact Hamiltonian ${{\omega }_i}^{\mathrm{cell}}{N}_i$.
