Em03-F constructs an exactly specified exterior quantum-source coupling to the massless scalar field on Schwarzschild and identifies source-dependent information in outgoing packet observables. It derives a bounded phase-sensitive discrimination witness and quantifies its relation to occupation statistics and local probe access. For the single-observable source coupling, it also proves that the radiation channel is entanglement breaking and cannot recover an arbitrary unknown qubit. The source dynamics is an effective model, not a derivation from microscopic quantum gravity, and no black-hole interior information recovery or evaporation theorem is established.
