Horizon response matching can constrain absorption and emission correlators in a stated effective-theory regime HorizonEFT. It does not derive this degenerate exterior qubit, its Pauli controls, or its unknown-input channel.

A successor must supply the source spectrum, state-dependent response, transition matrix elements, higher correlation functions, coupling motivation, and controlled error regime. The local receiver also needs its own quantum-output proof. No documentary corpus claim is a mathematical premise.
