Under the specified stationary scalar input, complete scattering, and ordered effective exterior-source interactions:

  1. the two-pulse unitary evolution is defined on a common domain, with the individual time-ordering phases retained;

  2. the radiation channel is calculated on all source matrix units, with exact Weyl characteristic functions and normal outgoing-packet restrictions;

  3. the retained-source channel and a complete fixed-interface complementary channel are constructed;

  4. finite first-pulse coefficients impose the recovery and environmental lower bounds of Theorem thm:lower;

  5. a phase-matched packet comparison has the explicit decoder and worst-case referenced recovery allowance of Theorem thm:matchedrecovery;

  6. filtered compact ordered source profiles realize that comparison with the source-input half-diamond error of Theorem thm:stability;

  7. finite compact exterior models have provably entangled reference-outgoing-packet states, and a growing-resource family has recovery certificates tending to zero;

  8. coherence-dependent scalar probability gaps and a common output moment bound are proved, permitting separate local bounded-observable certificates;

  9. causal observation support, finite interference-bearing radiative excess energy, and both-pulse switching work are calculated.

The information-theoretic decoder assumes quantum access to the identified outgoing packet. A coherent local receiver is not constructed. Local observable approximation is not promoted to quantum-output channel equivalence.

The source law is effective and exterior. No microscopic gravitational derivation, black-hole interior information escape, collapse theorem, Page curve, backreaction, mass-loss equation, or complete evaporation result is established.

Proof. Theorem thm:unitary proves (i). Theorems thm:matrixunits and thm:normal prove (ii). Theorems thm:source and thm:complement prove (iii). Theorem thm:lower proves (iv). Theorem thm:matchedrecovery proves (v). Lemma lem:bridge and Theorem thm:stability prove (vi). Theorem thm:compacttransmission proves (vii). Proposition prop:coherencegap, Theorem thm:moments, and Theorem thm:local prove (viii). Proposition prop:causality, Theorem thm:energy, and Proposition prop:work prove (ix).

No local quantum-memory receiver or gravitational source law is among the model inputs or constructions. Their separate release gates are retained throughout.
