A consequence of a stated mathematical specification and proof.

$\mathsf{R}$: reported.

A numerical result or execution claim attributed to supplied records, without independent authentication of its underlying binary artifacts.

$\mathsf{I}$: inspected.

An artifact reloaded and checked in a separately recorded invocation.

$\mathsf{V}$: validated.

A numerical conclusion with rigorous arithmetic, selection, approximation, and applicable model-error allowances.

Physical implementation is a further evidential task.
