Remark: Zero dissipation

If ${\Gamma }_2=0$, both rates vanish. The model is unitary, and $(\chi ,r)$ is not a finite coordinate chart. Limits $\chi \to \infty$ at fixed $r$ are meaningful, but the exactly nondissipative model has no distinguished $r$.
