An automated build specification is:

latexmk -norc -pdf -Werror -halt-on-error -file-line-error \ -interaction=nonstopmode -outdir=build Em04-A-v2.tex

The -pdf route uses pdfLaTeX, and latexmk manages repeated passes. Its -Werror option treats unresolved or multiply defined references and citations as errors after the final pass Latexmk. It does not promote every typographical warning to an error. Inspect the complete log and rendered PDF, including overfull boxes, equations, tables, and page breaks. Retain the build environment, command, exit status, transcript, final log, and PDF hash.

Compilation verifies document construction, not the proofs. No successful build is claimed here.

For every bibliography entry, an audit record should identify its primary source, authors, title, publication data, identifier, version where relevant, and the exact role of the citation. Bibliographic metadata and the applicability of a cited theorem are separate checks. Mutable software documentation requires a pinned commit or archived snapshot before reproducibility is claimed.
