Remark: Fixed spectator systems

Tensoring $V_{\eta }$ with a fixed pure spectator state does not change any formula below. The spectator remains part of the complete environment, but adds no entropy or logical dependence. An input-correlated or mixed spectator is not covered by this simplification without retaining its preparation purification.
