The generated program checks exact rational cancellation, Gaussian pair coherence, common physical coordinates, covariance propagation, finite-sensor moment transfer, and the four-time mean identity. It includes negative controls for changing physical units, zero monitoring efficiency, and unrestricted competing free diffusion.

Its restricted reference diagnostic evaluates preparation formulas using rounded inputs and reports discrepancies against rounded reference values. It does not reproduce a cooling sensor, a finite split apparatus, or a validated regularized continuum state.

A successful local invocation writes En01-C-run.json, containing the script SHA-256, Python and NumPy versions, UTC execution time, test status, and explicit scope flags. No successful invocation is asserted by this manuscript.
