Remark: No boundary cocycle estimate without residual control

A residual law close to Born on its own state need not be close to the Born conditional law of the original input: the unknown update may change that residual state. Consequently, (eq:meshbound) alone does not justify replacing sequential conditionals by Lüders conditionals at full capacity.
