An agent's view that includes the actual latent/active status of an incident link changes when that link activates. Literal equality of such views is false. Only an observation interface that cannot inspect or exploit that shared status before the authorized communication step supports an invisibility claim. The cut theorem itself does not prove physical no-signaling, nor does edge counting determine a channel's information capacity.
