Remark: A selected state is not a channel certificate

Agreement on $|0⟩$ and $|1⟩$ does not determine the action on $|0⟩⟨1|$. An exact certificate must determine all matrix units, or equivalently the Choi operator. Numerical fidelity on selected states is not a diamond-norm certificate.
