En02-A supplies a finite-resource accounting vocabulary and separates specified Born semantics from conditional characterization of an unknown measurement strategy En02A. Here the primary decoder theorems use ordinary quantum channels and specified destructive Born readout from the outset.

The encoding, access sets, recovery channels, and decoder schedules below are new mathematical data of this paper. They are not furnished by En02-A, manuscript I, or X-Enter. The finite-program path-map convention agrees with the specified Born interface described in I and X-Enter I,XEnter; its completeness is proved again in Theorem thm:B1.

Our laboratory count excludes inaccessible boundary systems and external references, while retaining them in the correctness specification. It is therefore not automatically En02-A's global capacity convention.

The identifier En02-B is distinct from Em02-B. No field-theoretic, characteristic-map, gravitational-insertion, or microsphere-readout result is used as a holographic-code premise. In particular, our instruments do not instantiate the separately represented scalar-field Models 1, 2, or 3 of manuscript IV.
