En02-A supplies the distinction between specified Born semantics and an unknown-strategy characterization, as well as one-shot versus adaptive accounting En02A. En02-B supplies finite decoder interfaces and a perfect-code authorized-triple construction En02B. Neither supplies the sequential radiation maps or the quantitative approximate-memory obstruction proved here.
All principal theorems below use specified Born semantics. The emission evolution, its initial state, and the observer interface are stated independently. We do not use unrestricted finite-capacity measurement uniqueness as a premise.
The primary benchmark has trivial early radiation. A separate Hayden–Preskill benchmark uses maximally entangled early radiation. The former is not presented as an old-black-hole or generic-scrambling model.
