Revision and execution status

This revision repairs the computational specification by:

• distinguishing S0's final direct return from earlier measure-and-prepare paths;

• testing the entire loss-closed scattering domain with nonuniform constituent energies;

• adding a coherent multiparticle collect-and-invert regression;

• defining inter-emission entangling circuits and complete streaming programmes with priced occupancy;

• including recovery and independent channel-distance SDPs;

• retaining running and failed archives instead of writing an unearned passing manifest.

limitation. The supplement has not been executed in preparing this revision. There is no supplied passing audit, executed dynamics dashboard, SDP result, or compilation log. Consequently the manuscript's analytical statements and its unexecuted computational specification are explicitly separated. The requested minimum standard for an executed dynamics study remains pending.
