The paper establishes an observation interface, not a gravitational derivation.
Destructive , coherent recording, and nondestructive instruments have different outputs. Keeping those outputs distinct gives a restricted deferred-readout identity on a common accessible interface.
Spectator invariance covers arbitrary extensions with the same accessible reduction. Its boundary includes geometry, coupling, control, guards, capacities, locations, and readable histories. Coupling-algebra blindness alone is insufficient.
Scheduled ancestors upper-bound prescribed channel influence and give a reference-complete causal cut. They are not automatically physical light cones, and their channel theorems do not extend silently to nonlinear coupling.
Record compatibility is the pullback . Its exact unassisted error is an event operator norm. Residual compatibility is a separate instrument certificate; complete records identify only the declared operational family. A classical register can retain carrier-only memory without a quantum-memory-resource claim.
The geometric examples provide external conical data, a gauge flip, and one complete compactly attached four-face exchange in a fixed spacetime. Its exact event implementation retains noninjective transport history rather than erasing it.
Names are not mass, capacity is not curvature, and destructive measurement is not coarse-graining.
