A positive same-model magic-to-geometric-response claim should archive at least:

1. the physical code and complete preparation or purification;

2. the field-to-carrier interface and approximation topology;

3. the frozen Pauli or other resource convention;

4. the complete coherent evolution and access partition;

5. the precise magic quantity, free operations, and validated resource certificate;

6. the full logical matrix-unit channels, not only populations;

7. a residual response witness and its error allowance;

8. independently justified geometric observables and matter labels;

9. the same-model dynamical or constitutive comparison connecting those observables to geometry;

10. a complete quantum decoder or a proved recovery obstruction;

11. separate quantum-return and classical-observation programs;

12. all syndrome, failure, work, measurement, and discard outputs;

13. compatible regulator and implementation allowances;

14. a justified common time interval or access-preserving endpoint.

A vacuum magic claim, a non-Clifford gate count, a selected entropy, a classical record, or a finite-program termination theorem does not replace this package.
