Four repairs needed before completing the plan

1. Magic is not leakage. A non-Clifford gate can act entirely within the recoverable logical sector. Conversely, a Clifford interaction can copy a basis label to the residual.

2. The restore map does not move the diary into the residual. It recovers the diary from the complete output $RB$. Residual-only recovery follows when the radiation channel is constant, not merely from global preservation.

3. Readout-and-drop is not permanent physical deletion. It is a trace in the observer's channel semantics. Its complete unitary dilation retains omitted apparatus outputs.

4. Residual response is not yet geometric response. One must identify actual geometric observables and show that they distinguish the declared matter inputs in the same physical model.

The completed result is consequently a corrected operational bridge with explicit witnesses and counterexamples, not a proof of the original unconditional slogan.
