Record-boost constructions, interleaving arguments, and Gromov–Hausdorff or reachable-set comparisons remain possible research proposals, not proofs of the conjectures. Their logical targets must be specified:

  1. Anisotropy alone does not force a positive probability for a Born-null event. A record-boost contradiction needs an independently justified operational covariance interface.

  2. Interleaving that remains within the declared block diameter still obeys Theorem thm:cone. A claimed violation must identify which locality or clock hypothesis changes.

  3. Persistence of anisotropy can obstruct Euclidean frame covariance. It does not contradict no-signalling relative to the anisotropic cone itself.

Increasing directional or quotient complexity, or abandoning the fixed periodic class, may evade Theorem thm:isotropyobstruction. Neither evasion establishes the full limit package.
