Remark: The exact C4 boundary
Local operational completion › A law-level local-completeness statement · lines 1645–1658
Theorems thm:completion and thm:completionmatch construct a unique local completion for compatible contextual data. Proposition prop:weakC4 supplies law-level membership on the same fixed finite slots, but does not infer a unique instrument from one law.
No assertion is made about unrestricted families with growing numbers of hidden vertices, changing intermediate dimensions, or only one convergent terminal law. Such families are outside the declared compatibility class. This is a restriction of the existence theorem's operational domain, not an unproved promotion of terminal convergence to the broader C4 formulation.
