• Long loop operations are not microscopic blocks. Refining their support does not compile them into a finite-speed shrinking-block implementation.

• No verification claim replaces a mathematical premise. Compilation and machine checking can audit a supplied proof; they cannot supply an absent localization, extension, or spacetime-realization theorem.
