Our scheduled implementation theorem uses the discrete condition (eq:localcomm). The abstract comparison theorem does not require local commutativity.

A gauge-model specification must identify:

  1. the global physical algebra and its representation;

  2. which constraint-preserving observables are assigned to ;

  3. the treatment of boundary electric flux or other central data;

  4. the allowed complete devices and preparations.

These choices precede every locality conclusion.
