Back to manuscript

Every input used by a block is in its declared local interface: quantum systems, classical records, controller memory, random seeds, occupancy flags, and resource registers.

The complete map is fixed independently of the unknown input state. Adaptivity is classical blockwise control on those local inputs. An unrepresented global scheduler or remote controller is not admitted.
