En06-A@1#def:experiment
At scale , an admitted experiment has:
a finite deterministic schedule of active singleton or generator-pair blocks, with identity completion;
finite declared quantum and classical interfaces, deterministic wire routing and allocation interfaces, and complete locally controlled payload instruments;
a product default state on all declared initial registers, with no external shared random seed or correlated undeclared resource;
a fixed finite tuple of labelled report ports, each acquired by a local readout at its own tick and site;
a nonempty compact declared support containing all active input/output block footprints and all retained wire paths and dwell segments between their uses.
The readout acquisition times need not coincide. A report retained solely to calculate the joint law is not an operational communication wire. If used downstream, its physical wire must be declared.
The skeleton consists of everything except the locally controlled payload maps. The complete report law is .
