An outcome-dependent relocation can place unknown quantum content in different destination slots. A proposed SWAP-and-ancilla normalization must establish:

  • a complete physical routing of occupancy and control flags;

  • availability of the flags at every downstream conditional gate;

  • correct treatment of the quantum content that remains at the other site;

  • support and dwell containment of all new dummy wires;

  • preservation of matched intervention footprints.

These do not follow merely from the existence of fresh ancillas or from the fact that a measurement outcome was known at an earlier block. This paper therefore does not assert the general P1 compilation theorem.
