En06-B@1#ass:capacity
Each finite experiment may reserve finitely many finite-dimensional register factors at each of its finitely many used sites. There is no bound, uniform over all experiments, on this finite number. A singleton block may implement an arbitrary complete instrument on its declared factors. A two-site block may implement typed swaps and act as the identity on all other factors. Unused factors have fixed product blank states.
