Remark: The pacing acceptance test

A transformed idle wire is a causal affine segment with some velocity $v$, generally nonzero after a boost. The construction samples the whole affine segment and obeys (eq:generatorprefix). It does not travel to its final position early and then remain there for a macroscopic wait. All waits and accesses are included in Lemma lem:finegeometry.
