En06-B@1#eq:generatorprefix

In the notation of digital generator steps, if the nonzero steps are $h_{n} s_{i}$ , and zero steps represent waits, then

k \leq N sup i = 1 \sum^{k} h_{n} s_{i} - \frac{k}{N} (y - x)_{2} \leq 2 b_{n} .

This is an every-prefix estimate, not an endpoint-only estimate.
