Bath energy is not complete-residual energy

The bath-energy expectation in Hawk04-B's energy proposition must not be identified with a total energy of the channel residual merely because both were denoted using $B$. Similarly, conservation of a free Hamiltonian is not conservation of thermodynamic free energy.
