Stage C: finite dynamics are controls, not an endpoint

Hawk02-E is a regulated SYK–scalar certification framework; Hawk03-A is a finite firewall-interface package; Em03-H supplies complementary channels and certificates for its fixed quartic bath CheungHawk02E,CheungHawk03A,CheungEm03H. These records do not supply H3 or H4 for a gravitational endpoint. They can motivate tests such as those in Section sec:approx, but their Hilbert spaces, preparations, and accessible registers must not be identified merely because their channel notation looks similar.

No new finite-bath simulation, independent numerical rerun, four-Majorana analysis, or recurrence computation is reported here.
