En07-C@1#rem:resources
The decoder optimization in (eq:recovery-error) is unrestricted within deterministic finite CPTP maps. It does not optimize live laboratory memory, streaming schedules, gate counts, receiver controls, or reusable apparatus. A smaller executable class can have strictly larger recovery error. The supplied En02-B and En02-C give model-specific streaming separations CheungEn02B,CheungEn02C. Their memory bounds are not imported as universal decoder bounds for the present interface.
