The imported Enter characterization

This is the conclusion of Landmark I, version 2, thm:main, with its stated strategy class CheungI; Cheung's journal article distinguishes specified Born semantics from their subsequent operational characterization CheungEnter. Hypothesis hyp:enter retains the full predecessor hypotheses: state sufficiency, coherent dynamics, evaluation conventions, finite configurations, and the precise record condition are not replaced by informal slogans.

We use the characterization as a cited semantic result, not as a new theorem proved from the five abbreviated requirement names. An arbitrary laboratory apparatus is not certified to belong to that class by this manuscript.
