Identical complete interval channels and instruments produce identical adaptive record laws by induction on their unnormalized branch states. This is the complete-process comparison in Psy02-B CheungPsy02B. Equal selected number records alone do not establish that stronger premise.

Passive astronomical observation may constrain source spectra and backgrounds. It does not ordinarily provide the independently known injected labels required to score (eq:attemptvariables). Replacing a classical carrier by a quantum one cannot create that missing observation or intervention channel; the corresponding observation-boundary distinction is emphasized in Psy03-D CheungPsy03D. Its numerical uncued-rule bound is not imported into this different astrophysical task.

The three assessment settings must therefore remain separate:

  1. passive observation of an uncontrolled source;

  2. a proposed controlled astrophysical intervention;

  3. theoretical repeated preparations or simulations.

Only the second and third can directly instantiate the known-label task as defined here. The third is not an observation of an astrophysical black hole.
