For the fixed-background scalar source, trusted message ensemble, and explicitly declared access interfaces:

  1. the horizon boundary prescription and radial scattering give the normalized source law (eq:sourcerate) and packet expectation (eq:packetoccupation);

  2. every complete message-to-output channel has exact delayed-query score (eq:helstromscore), with the trusted-input ceiling (eq:qubitceiling);

  3. the identity-action semiclassical baseline has score , and deviations are bounded by (eq:robustnull);

  4. the finite-energy isometries conserve the declared energy and charges and reproduce the same truncated late Hawking-mode state for every input;

  5. their assisted retrieval performances differ, with the exact access and recovery optima of Theorem thm:completionoptima;

  6. occupation regulators, channel compositions, finite uncertainty covers, and independent attempted runs have the explicit certificates proved above.

These statements do not determine a microscopic astrophysical recovery law or an actual recovery time.

Proof. Item (i) is Theorem thm:source. Item (ii) is Theorem thm:score. Item (iii) is Theorem thm:null. Item (iv) is Theorem thm:completion. Item (v) is Theorem thm:completionoptima. Item (vi) follows from Propositions prop:cutoff, prop:stability, prop:nullcover, and Theorem thm:sampling.

A microscopic recovery law is not among the source assumptions, and the conserving completions explicitly supply different such effective interactions. The common late state therefore cannot select one of them or fix a time schedule. No numerical value of an astrophysical recovery time follows.
