A consistent sequence begins with one fixed preparation and acts on the actual residual system:

V_{t} : B_{t - 1} ⟶ B_{t} \otimes R_{t}, W_{t} = (V_{t} \otimes I_{R_{< t}}) W_{t - 1} .

No internal register is re-prepared between steps.

For each declared conserved quantity $Q$ , conservation means

(Q_{B_{t}} + Q_{R_{t}}) V_{t} = V_{t} Q_{B_{t - 1}},

including the analogous Hamiltonian equation. Energy sectors and their dimensions are part of the model data.
