Remark: Tomography is stronger than spectrum matching

Equality of a selected spectrum, record family, or entropy history does not establish equality of complete channels. Conversely, equality of the accessible channel on every matrix unit does establish equality of that channel, including all references. Its minimal complementary channel is then fixed up to environmental isometry. Even this mathematical identification does not uniquely identify a gravitational Hamiltonian or its physical implementation.
