Small-corrections arguments constrain joint pair structure under specified subsystem and evolution assumptions, not outgoing number statistics alone. Mathur's theorem uses its own correction hypotheses and normalization Mathur. The following self-contained consequence uses entropy or trace-distance hypotheses instead; its parameter must not be identified with Mathur's amplitude parameter without a proof.
