A positive interacting recovery claim should archive:
the frozen source array, source normalization, code, preparation, carrier ordering, bath cutoffs, couplings, and packet functions;
the regulator choice made before certificate evaluation;
the exact finite Hamiltonian specification and controlled propagator evaluation;
all logical matrix-unit outputs of both channels;
a rigorously feasible residual state or complete decoder;
validated positivity, trace-preservation, and trace-norm bounds;
arithmetic, collection, and implementation allowances at named interfaces;
the observation time or a proved uniform finite interval;
for a gravitational claim, the separate code, radiation, backreaction, geometry, and common-interval correspondence;
for an endpoint claim, the complete outgoing identification, bound/dark-sector audit, residual independence, and order of limits.
No item is replaced by a successful branch, population-only test, disorder-averaged channel, or selected entropy history.
