Suppose one physical gravitational model supplies:

1. a justified quantum code and complete preparation/dilation;

2. complete unitary evolution;

3. a derived outgoing access and endpoint construction;

4. proof that the endpoint complete residual is constant.

Then outgoing radiation exactly recovers the code and its reference correlations.

If the entire nonradiative endpoint is one fixed pure state, the radiation channel is an isometric encoding. Any terminal observation is subsequent to, and distinct from, quantum recovery.

Proof. The complete endpoint is an isometry under the stated construction. Theorem thm:exact gives recovery. A pure residual makes the syndrome space one dimensional.
